Email Deliverability Consultant

Carissa Stith is an Email Deliverability Consultant for the StormPost division of Datran Media, and works with clients on implementing best practices from the point of collection to the execution of the client’s email campaign. In addition to working with clients on a one-to-one basis, Carissa also trains new and existing clients on the different features offered by Datran Media’s StormPost email solution. With three years of experience in the email deliverability space, Carissa’s primary focus falls on providing the best possible service to clients, whether it is through campaign strategy and email deliverability, or through training sessions centered on product knowledge and adoption. Prior to Datran Media, Carissa worked as a Technical Support Specialist for a non-profit student loan organization where she developed and maintained the company’s training programs.
